Sometimes, it just helps to have someone to talk to, and other times, you need an advocate. We seek to be either or both.
In addition to providing day to day pastoral care and counseling, we have walked with couples getting married, and those getting divorced. We have been there through cancer diagnoses, miscarriages and postpartum depression, hospitalized children, and the death of close friends and family. It takes a village…and it means a lot to us to be a part of yours.
We are experienced at navigating court orders and the processes of adoption and fostering. We have helped families apply for subsidized housing, utility assistance, and state benefits like food stamps, cash assistance, and WIC. We have set up counseling, early intervention services, and legal and tax services, and have even helped staff and parents apply for Weber State University, financial aid, and various jobs.
