Early Childhood Education
Research Shows...
The holistic development of a child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs builds a solid and broad foundation for lifelong learning and wellbeing! Did you know, 85% of brain development occurs before age 5? Nurturing relationships are critical as the brain forms visual, language, motor and social-emotional connections.
Research shows that kids who participate in early childhood education have a higher IQ. They are less likely to repeat grades, need special education, or get in trouble with the law, and they are more likely to graduate high school, go to college, own homes, have longer marriages, and earn higher wages. This is a key time in your child’s life, and we are thrilled to be a part of it.
Early Childhood Program
We are committed to developmentally appropriate practices, particularly those based on play and experiencing the world hands on. Our spacious classrooms lend towards this, allowing for lots of movement and interaction.
Our experienced and caring teachers plan activities geared to stimulate learning through exploration, play, and direct instruction, while encouraging independence.
Our school provides positive, moral and spiritual instruction in areas such as friendship, responsibility, goodness, truth, honesty, love, kindness, and patience. We offer a combination of academic learning and play based educational programs that allow children to have fun in the development of their cognitive, social, emotional, language and fine and gross motor skills.
For this age group, we also prioritize parent communication through the nation’s leading early education platform, Brightwheel. As a parent, you’ll get private, real-time updates and photos delivered to phone or computer. Parents can also ask any questions they may have throughout the day, to their child’s teacher or office staff, and expect a prompt response.
Our facility is open 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. While some of our children attend pre-school or pre-kindergarten in the morning (8:30-12:00), they spend the whole day with us doing activities, playing, singing and learning in our enriching classrooms.
